Our standard hard facing that is used on these teeth is good for high abrasion and slight impact conditions. We offer many grades of hard facing alloys ranging from build up, chrome carbides, complex carbides and many more.  Depending on your particular application we can custom hard face wear parts to meet your needs and provide you with the longest wear life possible.

 To order our teeth fully hard faced on three sides, (top and the two adjacent sides), as shown in the picture above, simply order the tooth number that you want with HF1 after the tooth number. Example (9W8452HF1) 

 To order our teeth with a checkered hard face design on three sides, (top and the two adjacent sides), as shown in the picture above, simply order the tooth number that you want with HF2 after the tooth number. Example 9W8452HF2
